SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES FAQs
We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days not including weekends or holidays, we value you as a customer and know that you excited to get your item(s) you ordered so we ship out all orders as quickly as possible to you don't have to wait as long!
If there are delays it is due to weather, post office holidays, personal leave, or out of stock items, in the event of a delay we will contact you via email and let you know.
LOST OF STOLEN PACKAGES
In the event of a lost or stolen package BIAFRA Inc. is not responsible to replace the item(s). We know there are circumstances beyond our control with shipping and receiving the items. We will explore options with the customer to help replace the item(s) if needed but not held responsible in the event of this happening.
If you have ordered from BIAFRA Inc and USPS was the shipping service you will need to reach out to USPS to file a claim for your package that was lost and or stolen. BIAFRA Inc is not responsible for refunding the customer for any items that become lost or stolen. We are sorry about the inconvenience in your situation.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your order.
- *Due to COVID-19 BIAFRA Inc. reserves the rights to refuse any order that has been placed and needs to be refunded, we will work with the customer if needed to accommodate and help out as much as we are able. ( this is only temporary and can change )
- They must be in original condition
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
- There are no restocking fees for returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible to pay for the shipping to return an item. A return label will only be provided if it is a mistake on our part.
- We reserve the right to send the customer any return labels and we can provide with a return address to send item(s) to for returns or exchanges.
NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you receive a BIAFRA Inc. item(s) as a gift or purchase and find out you need to exchange for smaller - larger size...
- They must be in original condition
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.
- You are responsible to pay for shipping back to CXXII and also to receive your new item you must pay shipping. So PLEASE make sure to order the RIGHT size. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item(s). We will also let you know if you will receive a refund. (*SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS are NON-REFUNDABLE)
- Item(s) Must be shipping and received before a refund is issued.
- Pending on the situation you will be refunded by a Store Credit and or Refunded directly back to your Credit Card or Paypal.
